My article, “AI Transformation of Career Preparation” appears in July’s Future of Work issue of AACSB’s Insights. AACSB is one of the top accreditation organizations for business schools in higher education.
In it, I recommend practical ways educators can boost career readiness for their students as well as activities to engage students in research and discussion about AI’s impacts on career paths. While the article focuses on AI’s influence on business-related career fields such as accounting, marketing, and finance, these recommendations can apply across industries and occupations.
